These terms describe VimiraAI use, one-time credit packages, refunds and payment disputes, and responsibility for AI output and user assets.

Service scope

VimiraAI provides AI image generation, image editing, reference-based creation, template cases, credit packages and a commercial visual workspace.
Generation depends on available models, third-party providers, network conditions and safety limits. We may pause capabilities for safety, compliance or maintenance and restore them when reasonably possible.
Cases, models, pricing and feature descriptions are based on the interface at the time of purchase or use. Material changes do not retroactively change completed one-time credit transactions.

You must own, license or otherwise have sufficient rights to prompts, images, trademarks, likenesses and other assets you upload, and ensure processing does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other third-party rights.
You retain rights in your own assets and grant VimiraAI permission to process, copy and transfer them as needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service. The permission ends when the related data is deleted, except for legally retained copies.
You may not use the service to create illegal, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, security-evading or rights-violating content. You are responsible for claims arising from your assets, instructions, publication or commercial use.

VimiraAI sells one-time credit packages only. Dodo Payments charges the price, currency and credit quantity shown at checkout once; there are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Credits are not deposits, securities or cash, do not earn interest and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where law requires.
Used credits are not refundable without cause after they are credited. For duplicate, unauthorized, missing, incorrect or legally required refunds involving unused credits, submit the order and payment evidence through /contact; after verification we may refund the original payment, add credits or correct the ledger.
If a task is finally marked failed because of a system or model-provider error after charging, its credits are returned to the ledger. A normal file that misses an aesthetic preference is not a system generation failure.
A refund also reverses the corresponding unused credits. Bank or Dodo settlement timing is outside VimiraAI control; mandatory statutory refund rights are not limited by this section.

For duplicate, unauthorized, missing or other payment disputes, contact /contact promptly with account, order and issue details so we can reconcile with Dodo Payments. Do not submit a full card number or payment key in public channels.
If you initiate a chargeback, we may freeze unused credits tied to the disputed transaction during investigation and provide order, delivery and usage records to Dodo Payments or the issuer; unrelated credits will not be charged.
After resolution, we restore credits, reverse credits or refund based on the verification result. Fraud or clear abuse may restrict related features.

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to other work. VimiraAI does not guarantee accuracy, originality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or that an output is non-infringing.
Before publishing or using output for print, advertising, branding, medical, legal, financial or other high-risk purposes, you must review it and verify facts, people, marks, permissions and third-party rights.
The same prompt may produce different results; model, parameter and provider changes may also change output. Unless law requires otherwise, ordinary aesthetic variation is not a service defect.

Use /account/data to export data, delete assets or start account closure. Before closure, the system blocks new checkout and creation and waits for active tasks and unsettled payments to reach a safe state. Closure permanently deletes removable creative data; all remaining credits, including purchased unused credits, expire without an automatic refund. Statutory refunds and accepted payment disputes are unaffected; payment, credit and audit records remain under the privacy policy.
We may restrict or terminate features for serious violations, security threats or fraud; unused credits that must be refunded by law remain subject to the applicable rules.
We may update these terms for feature, provider or legal changes and will show an update date. Continued use after an update means acceptance; updates do not reduce mandatory legal rights that arose earlier.
